Privacy Policy
Under no circumstances will
we disclose and/or sell our customer
database information to any third party or
company. The information we collect from you
is solely for the purpose of processing and
shipping or delivering your gift to the
recipient. In order to process your order we
must have your name, mailing address, phone
number and e-mail address. This information
will allow us to fill your order, notify you
of your order status and/or clarify the
details of your order. Your e-mail address
is used to send you a confirmation
note/receipt of your order. We use a secure
server to collect and process all orders.
You can rest assured that all of the
information you submit to our site will be
safe and confidential.
Each and every gift order receives our full
attention to design and content. You will
find that our secure methods for designing,
wrapping and shipping will ensure that your
gifts arrive in perfect condition.
Payment Policy
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. A 50% deposit will be
requested on all volume corporate or private
orders. Corporate accounts are welcome.
Please supply a credit card for initial
orders. Invoices are mailed within 2 days of
order. If invoice has not been paid within
time agreed, credit card will be charged.
If a package is returned to us as
undeliverable due to the customer providing
incorrect address information for the
recipient, and you wish it to be reshipped,
you will be billed for the reshipment.
There will be a $25.00 charge on all
returned checks.
   
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped the same day or
the following day after the order is
received unless a future delivery date
has been arranged except during peak holiday
times when a longer lead time is needed.
If an order is received before 10 AM CST, it
can usually be shipped the same day.
We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS. If you
have a preferred shipping method, please
indicate so on your order. Although USPS
offers Priority Mail with a 2-3 day delivery
time, they do not guarantee it. Please allow
2-5 business days for delivery.
Hand delivery is available to the cities of
Eastland, Ranger, Cisco, Carbon, Morton
Valley and Lake
Leon. There is no charge for delivery within
the city limits of Eastland. A delivery
charge of $10.50 will apply to Ranger, Cisco,
Carbon, Morton Valley and Lake Leon. Hand
delivery to Abilene, Breckenridge, Baird,
Brownwood, Clyde, and Stephenville may be available. Delivery charges
will be quoted upon request.
Please allow at least one (1) month
lead time for orders consisting of
more than 50 Baskets. We strive to always
provide the freshest products available.
Therefore, we may need to order extra
product to complete your order and have the
time to design your order without
compromising our high standard of quality.
All
Shipping Charges are Non Refundable.
Returns
Customer and recipient satisfaction are very
important to us. We take great pride in
packing our baskets for shipping; any damage
must be reported to us immediately. Please
keep all the original packaging so that it
can be returned to us as it may be
requested by the carrier. There will be a
10% restocking fee if a package is
returned to us due to an incorrect address
provided by the customer.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason,
please contact us and we will work with you
to rectify any concerns you may have.
Due to the fact that our gourmet food
baskets contain food items, we only
guarantee freshness for a period of 4 weeks.
Therefore, we are unable to restock the
items and unable to grant refunds unless the
package is returned to us within 4 weeks of
shipment.
Return shipping is the responsibility of
the buyer or recipient. All shipping and
handling charges are non refundable.
International Shipping
We will gladly ship internationally as long
as the purchaser holds a valid United
States issued credit card.
International shipping is considerably
higher than shipping within the continental
United States. We will call and/or email you
to verify charges before shipping
internationally. Our preferred method of
international shipping is USPS Global Express. It
is a little more expensive, but will usually
arrive in 5 to 10 days, except during peak
holiday times.
We will insure shipments to any country
where insurance is available. There are some
countries, however, that the postal service
will not insure shipments to. If this is the
case, and you desire to ship to these
countries, it will be at your own risk.
Tisket Taskets can not be held responsible once a shipment leaves the
United States.
Due to the fact that most of our gift
baskets contain gourmet food items, we can
only guarantee freshness for a period of 4
weeks (one month), and cannot restock items
that are in a package that is returned to us
after that period. Therefore,
if an international shipment
is returned to us, we are unable to offer a
refund or credit, due to the fact that it
usually takes a minimum of 6 (six) weeks,
and sometimes as long as 2 1/2 (two
and one half) months for an international
shipment to be returned to our facility.
We realize that there are a lot of companies
who wish to ship internationally during the
holiday season, and we would be delighted to
discuss your gifting needs with you and
assist you any way we can. Please do not
hesitate to call us toll free at

customer service representatives about your
needs. Holiday orders to be shipped
internationally, need to be placed as early
as possible, preferably by November 1..
We reserve the right to refuse any order
that we do not feel comfortable with. This
usually means that we suspect fraud.

Disclaimer
Due to the fact that we strive to pass on to
you, our valued customers, the newest and
best of everything our industry has to
offer, our product availability is
constantly changing. Because of this, it may
become necessary to substitute products from
time to time. Please be assured that the
product replacement will be of equal or
greater value.
During the summer months, chocolate will not
be shipped. Substitutions of equal or
greater value will be made.
Food allergies and dietary restrictions of
the gift recipient must be brought to the
attention of Tisket Taskets, when you place
your order. We hold no responsibility of
bodily harm should any food products
contained in our gift designs cause allergic
reaction in the gift recipient.
Tisket Taskets assumes no liability to
anyone being injured due to the misuse of
any part of the gift purchased.
